12 Miles
I ran 12 miles on Saturday. I wanted to run 13.1 (Half-marathon), but my body couldn't. That's a little over 19KM.
The Half-Marathon is a little over 3 weeks away and I feel great. I think the interesting thing is that everything hurts - in a good way - but it's a different part of the body everyday. It's always your legs, but it's also your arms, your shoulders, your back, your stomach - everything has it's turn on a different day.
I feel great though. I've lost 5 pounds in the right places - bye bye mini beer belly, hello Abs! I feel young again. I feel great.
