6 Weeks to go

My training is well on track again. This last weekend I ran 10 miles for the first time. Using my new GPS watch (a birthday present to myself), I tracked it all.

The Forerunner 205 has GPS, which allows me to track exactly how fast I'm running, and a map mode so that I know where I am (always important).

Once my run is complete I upload all the data to my computer and I can see a better (color) map of where I ran, and any point along the run. Here is my 10 mile run. You can see I did loops around and around the Charles river. (If you click on the picture you can see a bigger version)
