Radiohead
After the Foo Fighters, Radiohead is my favorite band. I remember when OK Computer was released in 1997, it was my second year at university and a relatively depressing time for me. Radiohead's OK Computer (and later in the year, Foo Fighters The Colour and the Shape) really helped me to be rational through some tough times. At the end of it, I was so much more comfortable and confident with myself. I don't know what sort of person I would have become without music like this.
Tonight I'm going to see Radiohead for the 5th time. I have 2 front row seats. Yes, they cost an arm and a leg, but Annie and I bonded over Radiohead, it's my birthday and it just seemed like a good and important thing to do with some of the Karma Cash that Dad helped me win.
How weird is it that I've seen Radiohead twice on the same exact day in the same venue?

2003-Aug-13 - Boston, MA (Tweeter Center)

2006-Jun-17 - Manchester,TN (Bonnaroo Festival)
2008-Aug-13 - Boston, MA (Tweeter Center/Comcast Center)
