I hit the wall... and crossed it
This weeks training was one of the hardest - and I only had half a run on Tuesday and took Thursday off. The Sunday run was incredible. I knew I had to run 8, but after 6 I started to hit a wall - at 7 I was exhausted, but managed to pick up the pace a bit and finish. Only 8 weeks of training to go...

Tue: Ran 2 miles at track practice at a 6:50 pace.

Sun: Ran 8 miles at a 10:00 pace.
