Dubai 'shape-shifting skyscraper' unveiled

From CNN, "Ambitious plans to build a revolutionary 420-meter shape-shifting skyscraper in Dubai have been unveiled by architects."

This would scare the crap out of me. A rotating sky scraper?! Amazing. I thought it was interesting how the developer claims it will actually be cheaper and quicker to build because each section will be pre-manufactured.
